

Subscription Agreement
•The price per month equates to $33.00 per month if you pay the full amount of $396.00 upon signing up for the subscription plan. If you decide to pay monthly, the price changes to $35.00 per month, or $420.00 per year, due to administrative fees and credit card processing fees. You may set up automatic recurring payments if you wish.
•The effective date is the date that this agreement plan is signed and payment for the first month has been paid. Account can be cancelled if you fall two months, or 60 days, behind on monthly fees.
•The ending date will be 12 months from the effective date. o(For example, if you sign and pay on May 23, 2025; your ending date would be May 23 of 2026)
•This is a 12-month agreement with no cancellations before the agreement’s ending date. The full amount for the year is due on your ending date.
•The “Bro-Giving: Share-an-Hour” cannot be claimed at your house or other properties you own. It must be a different home with a different homeowner. (Friend, family, neighbor, co-worker). Either you or the individual receiving the free hour must proactively reach out to Building Bros to schedule. This is a value of $125.00 for a free hour of labor charges. This does not include additional hours of labor or material charges and/or tax.
•The Spring Maintenance Check only looks at the exterior of your home. If you have other items on the interior of your home that you want us to look at, please let Building Bros know and this can be handled for you. Building Bros will make (2) attempts to schedule this maintenance check in April or May. If these (2) attempts fail, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to schedule with Building Bros.
•The Fall Maintenance Check only looks at the interior of your home. If you have other items on the exterior of your home that you want us to look at, please let Building Bros know and this can be handled for you. Building Bros will make (2) attempts to schedule this maintenance check in September or October. If these (2) attempts fail, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to schedule with Building Bros.

Mike Re is the owner and founder of Building Bros, LLC. Mike has spent several years as a general contractor developing his skills in the trades, making him highly qualified for all of your small handyman needs.
Mike is the former Senior Director of Customer Success at a large software company. He works to bring the high level of professionalism from corporate America into the trades in Aberdeen. After working in the software industry for many years and doing home repairs as a side job, Mike decided to create Building Bros as a way to do what he loves full time. He has a wide skill set and has found that being a handyman is his passion.
Mike has a background in business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. Mike also played college soccer in the NCAA and takes pride in being born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.
